I’m just simply baffled by the idea that people can be without shelter in a country, and then be treated as criminals for being without shelter

Meet the Mona Lisa of the Prado, the earliest known copy of Da Vinci’s best portrait. Similarity in the undersketch of the painting indicates that this was very likely painted concurrently with the original Mona Lisa, by a student of Da Vinci.
There is much controversy in the art world over the question of whether or not to clean the fragile Mona Lisa, but her sister has been restored and some fairly odd later alterations removed to show the original vibrant colors and lighting. Some details, such as the sheerness of her shawl and the pattern on the neckline of her dress, have become utterly obscured in the original, but in the restored copy they’re perfectly clear.
It blows my mind a little bit to look at these two sisters side-by-side and imagine how much vivid detail could be hiding in the Mona Lisa under 500 years of rotten varnish.

THE COPY HAS EYEBROWS

Your response to a beautiful piece of artwork done by Leonardo Da Vinci himself is “SHES GOT EYEBROWS”. Alright. All intelligent life has been lost.

Yo Snooty McSnotwhine, the Mona Lisa’s vanished eyebrows have been the subject of debate and analysis in the art expert community for hundreds of years, long before your parents squirted water at each other from across the clown car and then honked their bicycle horns to indicate they really wanted to make a smug, insufferable little clown baby together.

From Here:

The mummified remains of an apparent strange humanoid creature has been found in Northern Germany near where the 3600 year old Nebra Sky Disk was found in 2001. The mummified remains have been described by the researchers as alien in appearance. Shown to have human and non-human characteristics. They observe that the creature would have stood between 3-3.5 feet tall. No outward sign of genitalia were found. The origin and abnormalities found in the remains has triggered intense investigation by German researchers.

The Nebra Sky Disk is a blue green bronze disk inlaid with gold symbols. It is the oldest accurate depiction of the night sky ever found. The first representation of the Universe in human history. The markings are generally recognized as the Sun and stars; including a cluster interpreted as the Pleiades. Two golden arcs along the sides, mark the angle between the solstices. A final addition was another arc at the bottom surrounded with multiple strokes interpreted as a Sun ship with numerous oars.

Many believe that the Nebra sky disk was the stellar map that was left behind by the Pleiadians that came to Northern Europe 4000 years ago. Left behind by these ancient astronauts who visited us in our ancient past. Possibly by all accounts the origins of the Nordic race.

Was this left behind by the Pleiades to remind the Nordics where they had originated from? Or was it a disk map left behind by the aliens before some of them could escape? This would explain the close proximity of the disk found to the mummified remains of the mummified alien creature.

The Nebra Sky Disk is known to be an astronomical instrument far beyond mans knowledge in the prehistoric age in which it was created. It was so far advanced for its time that scholars only recently certified it as authentic, as there was no way for people of the time to know the existence of the Pleiades system.

The Nebra Sky Disk is likewise considered to be an astronomical instrument as well as an item of religious significance. While Stonehenge and the Neolithic circular ditches such as the 5th millennium BCE Goseck circle were used to mark the solstices, the disk is the oldest known portable instrument to allow complex astrological measurements and a possible route to the Pleiades system.

DNA evidence on the mummified remains of the alien creature are currently being held up by the German government, whom is understandably trying to distance themselves from their possible extraterrestrial origins.

The video below was created before the mummified remains were found. It gives an excellent over view of what the Nebra Sky Disk is and what it represents. [Vid:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ovU-WO6AGKM]

I may have taught this spider to knit. I was finishing the last 20 rows at the park, when this little spider wandered over to me, It climbed up my knitting bag, and walked all up and down the piece, then climbed onto my hand and watched me for a couple rows. After the second row it started waving it’s front four legs as if to get my attention. Once I was looking at it, it started pulling silk from its spinneret, and fiddling with it. I don’t know if it was knitting or purling as it was quite small scale, but every few seconds it would stop and look up at me to see if I was still watching. After a little bit I moved it to one of the vines overhanging the archway I was sitting in, and it went about its business. This wasn’t the only unusual thing that happened at the park today, but it was the most unusual.

Maybe it thought you were a spider

I’m gonna level with you that’s the fucking cutest shit I have ever fucking heard of okay I want a little spider that knits not sits menacingly above my bed at night threatening to fall into my mouth.
